A mix of styles that isn't always successful (especially the musical interludes). The first hour is too abruptly episodic for its satire to be effective. The second hour is the best, with a winning mix of surreality and wit.
Unfortunately, the third hour goes back to tedium and obviousness until the final 10-ish minutes.
