Review of Let's Get Married (2015) by Walter P — 20 Apr 2015

At points in the movie the story lines of various couples would intersect bringing extra layers of tension to what were already captivating scenes. That style made this a very entertaining romantic drama that proved it to be more than just a chick flick.

Each couple experienced exhilarating highs and depressing lows along their journeys as they struggled against their selfishness, personal choices and fates in respect to their love relationships, families and careers.

There were a number of touching moments and some worthy quotes in the dialog that I took away for later reflection. At the lowest point of each story line I wondered how the couple was going to resolve their apparently intractable predicament and deliver the awaited happy ending.

This Chinese language movie has a great pace and never gets boring.
