Review of Old Joy (2006) by Christophe S — 11 Aug 2007
Contrary to the (otherwise brilliant) Facebook synopsis, this movie does not have much of anything to do with the "Bush era," besides the popping up of failed liberal radio network Air America in a handful of car ride sequences.
Anyways, this movie was excellent. It probably grossed about $3, but it's anti-Hollywood construction was charming and complimentary to character development and movement of the plot.
