Review of Ocean's Twelve (2004) by Benjamin C — 28 Nov 2010
While not as good as its predecessor, Ocean's Twelve builds on the insane personalities identified in its superstar cast. The heists become more elaborate, as does the plot. One can only truly understand the story as Soderbergh intended after multiple viewings.
Soderbergh's flasy aesthetics make this movie hard to follow at times, nomatter how entranced you become in his artistic directing style. Ocean's Twelve still makes for a fun watch; full of hilarious dialogue and schemes.
