I give this movie 4.5 out of 5 stars, because it is still entertaining to watch. The Ocean's series is not so much about the plot as it is about enjoying the moment. Nevertheless, the plot is a problem, because the ending is anti-climactic.
The bigger problem is the lack of chemistry between Brad Pitt and Catherine Zeta-Jones. One of the reasons Ocean's 11 worked is the chemistry/snappy dialogue of George Clooney and Julia Roberts. In Ocean's 12, Rusty and Isabel's scenes drag, and you're waiting till you get to see what the other guys are doing.
