Very well-written and well-acted. There is one aspect about the movie that you need to be on board with or it will just piss you off. Having said that, Jenny Slate is a lot of fun to watch and totally girl-crush-worthy.
Jake Lacy is adorable too. And I still can't reconcile an adult Gaby Hoffman with her 12 year-old self. She was good though. I also loved Donna's gay best friend. Super funny. Overall, the story was easy to get into and I felt emotionally connected to it.
I laughed out loud at some of the witty humor, as well.
