Nosipho Dumisa direction of this film managed to pay homage to Hitchcock's “Rear Window” in a modern fashion. Number 37 contains a fast-paced storyline that adds a level of grittiness to the heart-racing portrayal of South African criminal life.
The main actor's fight to rise out of poverty became progressively more thrilling, and by the end, I was on the edge of my seat.
