Review of No Man's Land (2001) by Melissa N — 18 Feb 2008
This movie is one of the best I've seen in a long, long time. The tale of Ciki and Nino, a Bosnian rebel and a Serb recruit during the 1990's Bosnian conflict and the conflict between the two that sometimes requires them helping each other, sometimes sees them trying to kill each other and sometimes sees them questioning the concepts of war.
A great movie that not only shows the tragic sides of war, but also the inability of the international community to help those who need it during times of war. At times you will be horribly depressed watching the movie, other times you will be holding your sides laughing.
A great film that really messes with your emotions. Highly Recommended.
