Review of No Man's Land (2001) by Anna B — 11 Dec 2015
What seemed like sharp, subtle satire back in high school comes off a little broad and nihilistic to me today, but it's still an effective and compelling allegory, and it explores its high concept in interesting ways, even if Tanovic rushes through some details a little too much at the end in the orchestration of his devastating final shot.
