The movie is just so intense and real, it feels like it could actually potentially happen. I feel like the characters don't have to be good for this movie, because they're just regular people trying to survive, and that's it.
There doesn't need to have a lot of backstory and that's what some critics are complaining about. The bad guys in here are morally horrible and scared me shitless. It's a good intense thriller that's packed with emotion.
