Review of No Escape (2015) by Ian I — 26 Aug 2015
I don't see many action thrillers these days that hold no bars on the violence level, that keep you on the edge of your seat, and make you wonder what is coming next and keep you thinking, all at the same time.
No escape does all of the above effectively. It also has very realistic action sequences that make you think what you would do if you were in the shoes of a family caught in a war zone. Owen Wilson and Pierce Brosnan are great as is Lake Bell.
Great acting also makes the films scenes seem scarily real.
