Good actors, nice cinematography and some remarkable scenes, but the plot is poorly achieved, with songs that haven't the weight of a good musical. When I felt the movie was starting to gain some strengh, it finished. So, the whole movie seems to be left in the middle of the purpose, without reaching the greatness of a good musical, with all it's glamour, strengh, entertainment and in this case, the style of the "cinema italiano" .
Kind of dull, commercial movie, that had everything to be good but failed in the attempt of transmiting the greatness of the old, classic musicals and the soul of the cinema italiano.
