2018-4-3 Watched this again 8 years later and I still like it. I don't know if it's because I never watched the original. Many movies I usually watched them and forgot them. The next time I watched them, I felt I was watching some I've never watched. But I was so surprised how much I remember when I watched this today ;D.
2010 Great ending! Especially the moment Guido said action after the music is completely over and a second silence. When I was sitting there and watching the movie, I was thinking how it will end. And it turned out so good. I so love it! I didn't know it's a musical before watching it. Surprisingly, the music and the plot matched so well and you would never feel bored like " oh god, it sings again. " I love music, but most of the musicals bored me. Now I really want to watch Chicago. Didn't know these ladies can actually sing, especially Kate Hudson. The music of her number is not so good, but she did a great performance indeed. Nicole Kidman is still breathlessly beautiful.
