This remake is great a intro for the next generation of horror fans. Thought Tom did a great job directing this one and enjoyed it as much as the original. Sure it's bloodier, but hey, it's Tom "the man" Savini directing it.
Btw, Tom is the master gore make-up artist of such classics as Friday The 13th, Dawn of the Dead (original), Maniac, The Prowler and many more.
