Review of Night of the Living Dead (1968) by Patrick L — 26 Aug 2013
Night of the Living Dead is rather unique in that one of the heroes is of minority culture (in the film) and he is a strong character despite his fear of the zombies; he, a lone and frantic woman, a young couple, and a married couple with their daughter are all confined to one house when zombies surround them.
This lone male survives the zombie attacks only to be killed by those officials killing the zombies when they shoot him on sight, not giving a chance to explain his situation,. the movie's only nudity is of a lone female zombie walking in darkness or faint light. 8/10.
