I'm giving this four stars because it's so awesomely crappy, and I intend to make it a new tradition to watch it every New Year's Eve for the rest of my life. And also because Chris Wallace, who sings the Private Parts song in "Strong Kids, Safe Kids," plays the cop -- oh yeah!
