Review of New Year's Evil (1980) by Bryon M — 15 Sep 2012
More rock concert movie than horror film. The acting besides the killer is a bit wooden and really no true horror to make you scared, but the music is very 80's and interesting to listen to especially the opening number that is played ad nasueum.
Not really blood and guts graphic but still for a early 80's slasher has it's moments and does some interesting things with the killer that isn't too predictible. Overall though tame and not the best of it's kind.
