The movie pitch of The Godfather meets Infernal Affairs sounds interesting but this literally just takes large parts (even entire scenes) of The Godfather and Infernal Affairs and its far slower than either of those without much formal style.
If you're seen even just a few organized crime dramas, even in a genre full of recycled ideas, while this is well made and acted, there won't be much that's interesting for you here.
