I don't believe this wonderful film ever made theatrical distribution, at least not in Canada. Great acting and a humane story line. Very touching with "just right" moments of fantasy. I will never understand why so much insipid crap makes it to the screen while something beautiful like this, with an actual story, is left by the wayside.
Rent it. Rent it NOW.
