Review of Neverwas (2005) by Corey N — 22 Jul 2009
This is a decent film. The story is about a psychiatrist who comes back to his hometown to work at a mental institution. He takes on a case of a man who believes he is a King of a land called Neverwas.
This story was written by the psychiatrist own father who also spent time at the institution years ago. Great performances from Aaron Eckhart and Ian McKellen. Also small roles from William Hurt, Nick Nolte and Brittany Murphy.
The film is decent. The only part I didn't understand was the ending. They did not explain how the psychiatrist save Neverwas. But other than that worth a one time watch.
