Review of Nashville (1975) by Rodney S — 17 Dec 2009
Robert Altman's Nashville is a landmark film. It is so good, so touching and moving. It takes place in Nashville where Gospel and Country music is very popular and where all those who is struggling in their a singing career wants to head to Nashville to make it big.
Nashville tells many different stories masterfully and we follow the lives of the many characters(a huge ass cast) as some head for success, some don't make it but Altman never leaves them out everybody is important and rightly so because it made me strip away my own racism and except everybody as they are.
Nashville is one of the most important films ever made.
