Review of Nashville (1975) by Jerard W — 15 Aug 2011
Robert Altman's "Nashville" is one of the finest experiences in my movie watching history. 24 very defined characters beautifully and meticulous interwoven with satire, comedy, tragedy and politics.
Great music, great atmosphere and most importantly great observations about Hollywood, Nashville and the American Human Nature in how those cultures are similiar to one another.
A special emphasis must be placed by Lily Tomlin and Keenan Wynn's performances in with their limited screen moments they take over and capitvate the audience. A rare jewel of film that all audiences I believe will enjoy as much as I have, because its so easy.
