Review of Narc (2002) by Mark K — 09 Jul 2007
This is one gritty cop drama. Jason Patric and Ray Liotta both give gut wrenching performances and it's almost hard to tell which one's actually the lead here, but no matter. Liotta probably should have gotten an oscar nomination for his work here.
Although I wasn't completely sold on the story arc, I still enjoyed observing the atmosphere that Joe Carnahan creates for the viewer. It just reinforces my refusal to ever live in Detroit.
