Review of Narc (2002) by Corey N — 17 Jul 2009

This is a dark hard boiled cop murder mystery. The film is about a policman who is killed and they need the help of a narcotics officer who may have ties to help solve the case due to his past undercover work.

But of course both cops on the case of personal problems of their own which affect the case. The film has that dark and raw look to the film. The characters are interesting and the story is quite good and entertaining.

Not much action in the film but the story and characters make up for that. Ray Liotta and Jason Patric both give top notch performances. If you enjoy dark cop films then check this one out.
