I love Bruce Campbell in anything I've seen him in. Usually the movies are cheesy or just plain terrible, but the best ones have been the Evil Dead movies, which are great. The idea of Bruce Campbell directing a movie about people mistaking him for a character he plays in a movie and wanting him to fight some monster is great.
What's better is that the Bruce Campbell "character" in this movie is a total drunken asshole. That's awesome. Of course, this is only for people who are already fans of Bruce Campbell.
It would probably be hated by anybody else. Luckily, I'm a fan.
