Very few films have used music...sorry scratch that...have used 'sound' so importantly as this film, such that it almost plays the second lead of the film; the first being of course the camera.

This very well-made, creepy, disturbing thriller has been shot on DV and it was a visual treat to see such great use of handheld, nightcam, CCTV altogether employed to give this 'see through' tone of the film.

This is a solely technical film. Hats off to the director who simply goes back to the basics and just works on that and that itself (read audio and video) to inject into this mystery tale, the very impressive dark, ominous and foreboding atmosphere.

The sound which I had mentioned earlier consists of white noise, dark ambient sounds complete of screeching and screaming and distorted cries with industrial overtones. As for the story, the twist in the end might disappoint you (and I'm sure it will) but this one is all about style! A must watch for fans of this genre and especially for those who never thought great films could be made with the most meagre of budgets; for the latter kind, this film will hit you as a sledgehammer! A technical marvel, this one is.
