Here we get another whole hearted comedy about a dog who cheered everyone up, no matter how depressing the times were or how dark the characters got, the dog Skip is cute, friendly, and isn't mean.
Kevin Bacon and many more also contribute to making this movie a delight for any dog lover, but not quite a tear-jerker for me.
