Review of Mute (2018) by Leviotten — 18 Mar 2018
Great movie, albeit a bit on the long side. I think the film will appeal more to people who see a bit of themselves in the main character, Leo. The visuals were nice, and the world building was good (true to Duncan Jones' style).
The main issue I had with it was the sometimes meandering nature of the gangsters and their involvement with the plot. Sometimes they seemed important, and other times they did not. Either way, it is a good movie overall.
Worth a watch.
