After all the hype this film's been getting I sure expected more than this. Not overly gory, funny or scary. Most of the characters...no, all of the characters are quite stupid or unlikable and it takes a while for anything of merit to happen.
When this closed the Toronto After Dark film festival (my favourite festival) I figured if it wasn't great, it had to at least be really good, so I was shocked that it was just "okay". Oh well, if you're interested and don't get your hopes up too high, it's an enjoyable film with some good moments.
