I enjoyed the presentation of Poirot as a quirky detective. It was a theme incompletely executed through to the end. None-the-less, I did appreciate some of the fun Branagh had with the character. I liked the acting, the scenery, and the story.
It is much the same as the familiar original. I would have liked to have had more character development within the remaining characters (at least some of them).
