Review of Murder, My Sweet (1944) by John-Michael P — 30 May 2007
I'm kinda of biased on this one because Dick Powell is my great Uncle but I loved this film. The Big Sleep was the first of the Marlowe series and was amazing but Murder, My Sweet stands on it's own.
I think Powell delivered his best performance of his career. One of the best noir films of all time.
