I could never really get to the point where I could relate to the people in this doc--it was kind of like watching a freak show, except all the freaks seem to be genuinely nice people. They're funny, and there are some emotional moments, but they never rose above being wildly eccentric people.

I wanted to know what they were like when they were younger and how they ended up where they were. Instead the filmmakers just showcased their eccentricities and oddball antics.
