Review of Mulberry Street (2006) by Nathan N — 22 Aug 2008

Rat people? If this movie had been based on a human-rabies type disease or just a basic zombie infection it might not have been so bad. However, the creators of this movie decided to make bitten people slowly transform into giant mutant rat people.

Yeah it's as ridiculous as it sounds. So if you don't laugh at the bad acting and choppy editing then certaintly the squealing sound effects of the rat-people will have you chuckling. Yeah there were a couple somewhat scary moments I'll have to admit.

I know one thing, I wouldn't rely on the main character to save me in a disaster since he let everyone around him die. I agree with most of the reviews in thinking it actually seemed like alot of the film was copied off the the 28 Days/Weeks Later movies.

Another poor movie put out by the horrorfest montage.
