Better than its predecessor, although without the big laughs. This time Mr. Bean goes to France and travels to the Cannes Film Festival, clumsy as always. It may seem very unfunny for some, but in my opinion it has more soul than the 1997 film and of course a somehow strange performance by angular face Willem Dafoe.
