Is it a great movie? No. Is it a really good Mr Bean movie for Mr Bean fans? Absolutely. Rowan Atkinson is really good as Bean once again and there's plenty of textbook Mr Bean humor that doesn't replicate the exact same jokes from the original series (like the first Bean film did).
