Funny & clever. Every Mr. Bean episode has a coincidence and Mr. Bean's Holiday is a movie ALL ABOUT COINCIDENCE. More of a Mr. Bean episode, the difference is, it ran for an hour. There is nothing especial with this film comparing it to a normal Bean episode, the only slight piece of change is the cinematography.
It is fantastic. It looks like an Italian film but actually a British film. All I can say is Rowan Atkinson is a great actor. Worth your time. :D.
