There are a lot of things I did like about this movie. There were some scary moments in the beginning when you just weren't sure what was going to happen. There was also a lot of mystery surrounding the house, the gem and why all these people kept coming and going. I thought the acting was good, I just am not a Jennifer Lawrence fan. She seems like a dour Laura Ingalls and Javier Bardem seems like a cross between Friends Ross and Fred Flintstone. Their love seemed fake. I of course loved Ed Harris and Michelle Pfeiffer. I thought the house was very cool and the apocalyptic.
End was well done.
