Review of Mishima: A Life in Four Chapters (1985) by Yumi Y — 27 Oct 2007

Terrific! I didn't know if Ogata Ken fit as Mishima Yukio, but... his acting was marvellous and they also succeeded in recreating his literary world into romantic plays within the film. Thoughts occured to me, always after seeing movies filmed decades ago, we used to produce all sorts of superb actors, either young or old; who are still active in the front line today.

In my opinion, we have only a few good young actors out there, compared to old days. I'm looking for more young, hard-core actors from our country.
