I've never liked this version. It doesn't have the charm and magical quality like the 1947 version has. Mara Wilson was sweet but her voice bothered me in this movie but I ended up turning it off the other night but I had seen it before.
Elizabeth Perkins sucked and Richard Attenborough didn't seem like Santa. If you're going to watch Miracle on 34th Street, watch the 1947 version instead.
