Stunning. A beautiful love story, viewed through the eyes of an interviewer, a cameraman, and a lover looking back at the end of her life, Millenium Actress becomes something beautiful and jarring as it weaves through memories.
Kon has managed to distill what memories are like in pure cinematic gold. Heck, I'll admit it. One of the few movies that has made me think AND cry in recent years.
