Review of Midnight Special (2016) by Joseph V — 24 Mar 2016
One of the most breathtaking and, frankly, best films I've seen in some time that cements Jeff Nichols as one of the premiere filmmakers of his generation. Nichols trademark subtlety is a perfect take on '70-80s science fiction, and with another deeply talented cast at his disposal, he pulls it off brilliantly.
Midnight Special is indeed something special and not to be missed.
