The fantastically acted, off the wall sci-fi thriller "Midnight Special" Starts off with a bang, but ends with more questions than necessary. It defeats its strong promise with a messy third act, and half-assed visual presentation.
The Film ultimately doesn't live up to the potential it had towards the beginning, and because of that all the great things seem balanced out by the miss-steps resulting in a middle of the road experience.
