A strangely compelling sci-fi story. It is minimalist with plenty of guess work. Is the child a Djinn? That would be cool. Ultimately, the story becomes a metaphor for parents who need to let go of their child.
Every kid eventually grows up. Jeff Nichols comes up with a very fresh approach. Love the cast!
