Review of Metal: A Headbanger's Journey (2005) by Martin B — 16 Feb 2008

As a huge fan of metal in my teens, I was quite intrigued to see this and then totally forgot about it until my housemate bought it on dvd. I quite enjoyed the trip down memory lane when I used to worship at the alter of pantera and slayer.

There are lots of interesting interviews with alice cooper, dio and various other stalwarts of the metal scene. I found it slightly short and was a bit dissapointed that there were no interviews with heavy metal pioneers such as metallica and pantera but other than that a highly enjoyable experience.
