Review of Metal: A Headbanger's Journey (2005) by Timothy O — 02 Apr 2011

For hardcore metal-heads like me this at times can seem a bit wrong and uninformed.. but trying to name and grasp the entire network of the metal underground is probably an impossible task.. it's massive.

So it's a bloody good job and really does well to explain the overall genre well to people who don't know much about it. And as a piece of film it's entertaining to watch. A little bias at times.

.. especially towards black metal. I liked it nonetheless.
