Review of Mesrine: Public Enemy #1 (2008) by The E — 18 Mar 2010
The second part of the Mesrine duology does what the first film does right and perfects it. The acting from Cassel is exceptional, the cinematography and soundtrack are fantastic and there are so many terrific sequences, it's hard to choose a favourite.
Wil no doubt be ranked with Public Enemies and American Gangster as one of the best crime thrillers in the past few years.
