Review of Memento (2000) by Akashvijay — 19 Jan 2015
Memento is a terrific study in self-delusion and it's intricately written by writer/director Chris Nolan. It's not a perfect film. The notions of mind and memory have been oversimplified a bit but at it's heart Memento is a very dark film.
It's about how humans are incapable of being honest with themselves about themselves. And you have to applaud Nolan's originality here.
