Review of Melancholia (2011) by Zach C — 12 Jun 2012

To say this movie was disappointing is an understatement. It isn't the plot, even the pacing of the story (although some might find fault in that, and I wouldn't blame them). The biggest problem for me was the characters. None of the main characters were endearing, and the few characters that were likable were gone within 30 minutes... except for a child who had only a few scenes throughout the film.

The only enjoyment I got from this movie was the few bits of comic relief, along with seeing Kirsten Dunst naked.
