Review of Melancholia (2011) by Mike M — 12 Sep 2012
This one is bit strange, so not everyone will like it. It's more a film that makes for good philosophical discussion afterward. When watching it think about the mirroring done between the first and second halves.
I like to think of the second half as von Trier's attempt to show people who've never suffered from depression what it's like to suffer from it.
