Review of Melancholia (2011) by Kean C K — 24 Jun 2013
This is a "B+"(90 marks) movie. Blue-ray Disc. This is not a feel good film and is just an exact opposite of it. But this is exactly the kind of movie that I need after watching too many brainless and soulless blockbuster movies lately.
It is about the depth of depression in contrast to the superficial happiness of modern society. I mean how can a sane person be truly happy in a world that we live in at present? Trying to be happy all the time is too silly just as you won't eat desert only for your daily meals.
Neither happy or unhappy is considered healthy enough for me. Highly recommended for serious viewer only.
